1st Course

Crab cakes with remoulade and baby greens paired with Gin Ricky- Gin, sugar, club soda + lime.

2nd Course

Waldorf salad and endive paired with Fizzy Flapper-vodka, cranberry, ginger ale + lime.

3rd Course

Beef Bourguignon over garlic mashed potato and roasted asparagus paired with Ward Eight-Rye whiskey, orange juice, lemon juice + grenadine.

4th Course

Chocolate tarte with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries paired with Whiskey Neat-3 1/2-year-old rye whiskey poured straight from the barrel.
