Chef Rudy Galindo has been creating art in the kitchen for more than 20 years. After graduating from The Cooking Hospitality Institute of Chicago in 2002, Rudy went on to work in many cuisines and now finds his inspiration from French and Mediterranean cuisines. His dishes are lively and creative and are often influenced by his Latin roots and rustic style.
